A real gentleman. He rang me twice with time info, arrived on time, took shoes off at door. He built a swivel stand and attached tv checking all the time I was happy with height etc.
He set up TiVo box, DVD player Wi-Fi and all the catch-up channels. Then showed me how everything worked. He worked quietly and efficiently with zero mess and left the room spotless.
